How do I make a reservation?
Call us by phone or send us an email, we will provide you with all the relevant information. If you decide to reserve the room you will be sent an email requesting a deposit.
Do you also accept arrival days other than Saturday or Sunday?
Absolutely yes, the arrival day and the length of your stay are at your discretion.
How do I make the deposit?
The deposit of €300.00 per room can be made as follows:
– postal money order made out to: EMADA srl Via Oleandri 36 (18013) Diano Marina (IM) specifying the arrival and departure dates in the “reason”
– bank transfer made out to: EMADA srl, Banca di Piacenza ag. Bobbio

– credit card: number and expiration date.
Do you accept credit cards or personal cheques?
Payment can be made with any type of credit card, cash (up to €2,999.00) and personal cheques (deposited 3 days prior to departure).
How do I know if my deposit has been received?
The moment we receive the deposit we will send you a booking confirmation email (the reservation is confirmed only from this point forward).
What if I can’t depart?
Don’t worry, you won’t lose your deposit!
- If you cancel or change the dates within 21 days of arrival, we will refund you the entire deposit.
- If you cancel or change the dates within 20 days of arrival, you can use your deposit for other stays of any duration during the year.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in begins at Noon. However, you are free to arrive early, change into your bathing suit, find your beach bag and beach towel waiting for you, and spend the morning relaxing on our beach. And when you’re done in the afternoon, you can go straight up to your room and enjoy a refreshing shower.
What is the check-out time?
The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
What are meal times?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (self service in the dining room). Coffee and pastries are also available at the bar outside these hours. Lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Are drinks included with meals?
Water is always included in all types of stays. The Dream stay also includes soft drinks, wine, beer on tap, and tea/coffee.
How far is the hotel from the centre of town?
The Hotel is located approximately 300 metres from the San Bartolomeo seaside promenade and 700 m from the Diano Marina promenade.
I suffer from a food intolerance.
Our chefs are available to address all your needs.
My child eats at odd times.
Upon your arrival, let us know your child’s habits and we will try to satisfy them as best as possible.
Are weaning foods available for children?
We take care of everything, from vegetable broths to veggie, meat and fish purées prepared daily, available in the fridge. In the pantry of the “Aloha-Baby-restaurant’’ a full selection of fresh milk, organic yogurt, baby food, fruit purées, Plasmon biscuits, as well as rice, corn, tapioca, semolina or five grain flours are always available.
Do I need to bring everything necessary for my children?
Rest assured you will find everything you need at the hotel.
Is it necessary to bring sheets for folding beds?
Absolutely not! We provide linen, blankets and an in-room baby-kit that includes a bottle warmer, night-light, changing table, booster seat, hangers and special children’s bathroom products.
What are the beach schedules?
The beach opens at 8:30 AM and closes at 7:00 PM.
Do you accept small pets?
Pets are welcome everywhere except in the restaurant and on the beach.

When can I settle my bill?
If you leave early in the morning before 8:30 AM, it is preferable to ask for your bill the evening before departure.
