How do I make a reservation?
Call us by phone or write a mail, we will provide all the necessary information; if you decide to book the room we will send you a letter requesting a deposit

Do you accept arrivals in days other than Saturday or Sunday?
Absolutely yes, arrivals can be daily and the duration of your stay is free, as you like.

How do I send the deposit?
You can send a deposit of € 300,00 per room in the following ways:
- Postal order payable to: EMADA srl Via Oleandri 36 (18013) Diano Marina (IM) specifying the date of arrival and departure.
- Bank transfer to: EMADA srl, Banca di Piacenza ag. Bobbio

specifying date of arrival and departure.
- credit card: number and expiry date.

How do I know if you have received the money?
When we receive the deposit we will send you a letter of confirmation (only in this moment the booking is confirmed).

Check in time?
The room is ready around 12.00.

Check out?
The room must be left before 10:00 am the day of departure.

What are the meal times?
Buffet breakfast is served from 8 am to 10.30 am in the restaurant (you can get coffee and croissant in the bar later), lunch from 12.30 and dinner from 19.30

How far are you from the center?
The hotel is about 300m. from the sea promenade of San Bartolomeo and about 700m from the promenade of Diano Marina.

I have food intolerance.
The chefs of our kitchen are available to meet your request.

My child eats at unusual times
When you arrive tell us the habits of your children, we try to satisfy it in the best possible way

Do I have to carry everything I need for children?
Take it easy :-), you will find everything you need in the hotel.

Are the drinks included with meals?
No, unless special arrangements, they will be charged on the bill.

Which is the beach opening time?
The beach opens at 8.30 and closes at 19.00 hours.

Pets?
The animals have access everywhere except the restaurant and beach.

The hotel is open round the clock.

Do you accept credit card and checks?
Payment can be made with all types of credit card or cash.

Is the internet point free?
All services offered by the hotel are free.

When do I have to pay the bill?
If you are leaving the morning before 8.30 is better to ask for the bill on the evening prior to departure.
